Quite honestly I think it's all a scam. It's a hideously ambiguous promise. My bet is that it's the sort that you sign up to and when you get there you'll find that by 'virgin' they meant either:

"A female insect or other arthropod that produces fertile eggs without copulating."
or
"A person who is born while the sun is in Virgo."

Not only does it suddenly lack the previous appeal, but you've also got to wonder what repercussions it has for biblical narrative interpretation...
