very inconvenient not very clever but very very brave he said with my arms in his large hands "give yourself to me" with full understanding on both ends that such blind passion may take us both to hell if i didn't so i had to decide then and there whether i was the kind who liked to have it both ways a triumph of feminism a failure of nature or the kind who knew a love that would last when cowed by its what's the right word heh brutality this man who moments ago said to me i see in you a mind strong enough to take my words without censorship i see in you a body sturdy enough to take my love without restraints the care with which you serve though tough and accomplished enough to sit at the table as a comrade puts me in awe in you i see the mother of my children the unlocketed amulet of my luck in battle the protector of my heart and so i gave and got but the wind is cold that blew him away before i bore him sons or bored him tore away his chest and half his face the one blue eye left on the left as if staring at the bosom of some grand goddess probably making him forget all about me at this very moment when these puny pastimes fail as they are bound i think of him and call for my wind
