You Can (Free verse) by Dariana

You can touch the lights of heaven, if you really dare to dream. You can dance among the raindrops, or frolic in a stream. You can climb the highest mountain, or swim the deepest sea. You can walk across a rainbow, If you really do believe. You can conquer any battle, and befriend your enemy. You can weather any kind of storm, and set your spirit free. So when your soul is darkened, and all you see is night. Remind yourself, that yes you can, and it will take you to the light.

I dare you to "walk across a rainbow" . One more example of the most overly written about theme for a poem. Not the worst I've seen, but just as uninteresting and shallow. I thought we weren't suppose to go into the light?
