Everywhere you go, I'll be there. Scratching at the corners of the doors in your head, Peripheral ghosts in a retinal flare, A flash of the past, In the corners of your head. Everything you say, I'll overhear. Microphonic, like a spy in your ear, Sensing every undertone, every sigh, every fear, Recording you, Like a spy in your ear. Every time you cry, I will stare. And let you know that I'm there, In a splinter in your eyes, in your hands, in your head, Watching. You'll know I'm there. Everyone you know, I'll be them. All the faces and voices, all the pride and the shame, I'm the stranger walking past you, I'm your sister, I'm your friend. Everywhere you go, I'll be there. I will hear, I will stare. You'll know I'm there.

Reference to a 'retinal flare' is a particularly haunting image in this somewhat eerie piece. A very moving 1984esque style that snares the imagination. You have a fan Ant - 9/10.
